Undoubtedly this is the fastest ISP in India, getting connected at 512kbps. The fun ends there.
The service is very erratic and pathetic. Too much down time. I am a corporate customer and use the net heavily. About 2 yrs back when I signed up with them, their initial charges were Rs.33000 (believe it or not!) and this was to be paid in installments of Rs.1000 for three years along with Rs.1000 monthly access charges. All went well for a few months. But right now, the service is horrific & customer care stinks.
Customer care doesn't talk politely. They treat you like a mean headmaster, harrassing you if you don't understand what DSLAM means!
Almost like a demonstration of automatic technology, the connection vanishes as soon as it starts raining. It is ''up'' again within the next 2-3 days.
If it start raining again, above process is repeated.
They provide a pathetic dial-up backup connection that stinks even more. With a 56kbps Dlink external modem, the connection speed you get is always 36.6kbps no matter what.
You call up customer care and tell them how disappointed you are, they are just silent. You tell them that you want to terminate the account and you are promptly given the procedure for disconnection.
They take their OWN time in getting things done.
Just stay away from them! If you want a broadband connection, go with Hathway or Satyam. Dishnet was good about 2 years ago. Now it stinks like rotten fish. Don't even bother to check their Internet plans.
