Folks, A very good evening to you all.
At one stage of continual development of our business, we felt the need to have a high speed connection. Our main goal was to have a database on our site which can be update time to time, and can be accessed by our customers for information about their orders. Hence from an array of cablenet providers we chose Dishnet DSL. Our horror story begins thus.
1. It took me three months to get the connection. The marketing executive never picks up my call on his mobile. He never responds to pager messages. When yu call their Board no the call centre people just ransfer your line from here and there and you go nowhere. Yeah! similar to the remix song. where cordless sets are exchanged as a sign of gratitude.
2. I went to their Bandra office and met their manager. He promised me heaven and earth at my feet. But next day onwards even he disappeared.
3. After this rigid penance I got my connection. Since that day it gets disconnected often (15 days a month sometimes)... Blames always fall on Wind god and Rain god and Sun God and Lord Vishwakarma. But they claim that their cabling is perfect.
Try any cable net in the world but dont ever go for Dishnet DSL. Even after becoming Tata Indicom, it has not improved. Their service and customer support is as pathetic as ever.
