This internet sevice is simply horrible. I took connection on 16 march 2004. Claim of 512kbps is not acieveable. Most of the time it does not function you struggle to get connected. Once you are connected you can not surf. I have made more than two dozen complaints in last 15 days, evey time I am told some one will visit and attend to your complaint no one turns up.
On working day the telephone calls not replied on holidays excuse is given staff not available. Their rep made tall promises at the time of booking for connection regarding speed and quality of services but it is nowhere near the claimed quality.
Only good thing is the company has given a free return ticket to a chosen destination in India it is good but they should give more attention on their services. This company has been taken over by Tata group I do not know what quality changes it is going to bring about.
Do not advice anybody to go anywhere near it under the present setup till the quality changes are brought about. More over their payment conditions lay down timely payment in case of late payment heavy penaties are applied but is not linked with the quality of servises provided by them.
