HI.

I M VED PARKASH FROM PALWAL.

I AM NOT GETTING SIGNALS OF DISH TV FROM LAST WEEK .AND DISH TV CUSTOMER SUPPORT DID NOTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I REALLY SURPRISED THE WAY THESE PEOPLE
HANDLING THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST PASSING THEIR TIME OUT THEIR.
AND MAKING FOOL OF THEIR CUSTOMER.

I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN AT DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE ON 18 JUN AT 9:30 AM. THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAINED NO 2649748 AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR COMPLAINED WILL BE SOLVED IN 24 HOURS TO 48 HOURS. BUT THEY JUST MAKING ME FOOL BY SAYING THIS. THEY DID NOTHING TILL 24 JUN 1:30.

NOW YOU PEOPLE CAN THINK THAT WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE THEY ARE GIVING TO THEIR CUSTOMER. I AM REALLY FAD UP WITH ALL THIS AND NOW GOING FOR A CHANGE. I AM ALSO GOING TO READ THE REVIEWS OF TATA SKY ,HOW THEY DOING.

SO BE CAREFULL WHILE PURCHING DISH TV BECUASE I WOULD NOT RECOMNED IT ANY MORE.
