I bought dish tv more than 2 years and it has not been a happy experience. First the company does not have a physical presence and operated through dealers and ITZ cards and oxigen. Suddenly the dealer says there are no ITZ cards and I was advised to contact Vivek & Co in Chennai to recharge. The sales guy at Vivek took the money gave me abill and says recharge would take 48 hours.
I try buying an oxigen voucher and pay Rs 500. The voucher lists a customer care number, who when called promptly tells me to call dish Tv. I log into the website find the south contact number and it is in an automated voice mail and ther is no provision anywhere for payment through oxigen. there is no physical executive at the other end of the phone line. some company.

Suddenly you might find a number of channels go missing despite tyou pay through the nose. First the Cnn ibn boquet of channels disappeared then it was the turn ogf Star boquet. there is no accountability. it has been an unhappy viewing. I am hoping to switch to some other operator but just don’t wish to get into another nightmare like dish tv. the trouble is that the guys at dish tv seem to think they can run the show with the help of the internet and telephone when it comes to dealing with subscribers. the trouble both are never well maintained by the company
