We bought dishtv from an agent in Pune (Prakash sales Paud Road). It worked fine for 5 days and
one evening when we switched on the TV there was nothing except a stupid message "Call your customer care"

We called up customer care and they told us that dealer has to get it activated although without activation it works for 4-5 days which was true as it had worked for 4-5 days.

We kept calling people at prakash sales and they paid deaf ears and finally we learnt that they have lost our recharge coupon which was worth Rs 700 (Platinum package for which we paid 2500).

On top of it when we again and again called up and asked about what has to be done, they din’t show mannerism.

Also, they got the connection rechared for 150 only, which to our dismay is not working till today.........
That too after recharging they behaved as if they did some obligation and it wasn’t their duty.

I thought it was better to have a cable television instead indulging into arguments with these disgusting people.
