For all those who want to switch to set top box I would like to say please dont. Its been more than a year I purchased Dish TV and ever since watching tv has troublesome. Many times the signal goes. Then there recharge packages are highly lame. To recharge is the biggest pain. They will inflict this pain so that you think of recharging to the highest amount. They will change your plans on its own if you recharge for small amounts. Also the day you recharge the service wont start but they will still count that day for charging. Customer care is so lame. My call never got through untill I waited for 10 mins. Then for all purpose they will suggest you to keep some lame channel on for atleast 30mins. I think 4000 Rs that I had spent in this box have been a shear waste of money.
