Hi,
1) As per the FAQ written in the TRAI, there is no charge for any repairs (upto five years) then why they are ask for minor setup like 301: problem with signal and fault is from their end?
2)
Why the DTH service charge downgrade charge Rs 40/- each time if user select lower price plan, and in that case why they add new plan?
3) The DTH is pre-paid service so user can pay for the month they want to use the service (if I am not present for a month at my home then why should I pay for that month) then why they charge if there is a delay in next month payment and it is not even showing in the account statement (the statement is showing the period of full month) but the service is disconnected before end date?
a. Ex. My subscription end date is 5th Jan 09 and if I recharge on 10th of Jan 09 then statement is display the correct date 10th Feb 09 but service is disconnected on 5th Feb 09 and when you ask customer care they give the reason that you have not recharge your connection before the end date.
4) For all these faulty issue they said it is there in the policy? TRAI should review the policy before signoff the policy.

I personally request to eveyone, please refer the Policy on TRAI and esclate on TRAI site www.trai.gov.in
One good thing i read on TRAI is this Dish Tv serveric is rental for 5 year (please check your policy document given by Dish TV), and if you dont want to use the service you can return the Set top box and you can get the deposit back.
lets get togather and throw all the Set top box back to the Dish tv provider :)
