Am not writing any hate words or any essay about this, but few points which I found.

1) very bad condition of the website
a) Poorly managed contents
b) Renewal online is a pain
c) Forgot password section takes to page not found ( no rectification even after so many days)
d) No payment online options are working
With this poor maintenance of the site, I doubt the security mechanism there and fearing to make online payments.

2) Channels aired
a) Neo Sports not available- It’s almost three years since the channel existed but not available on Dish TV
b) New channels takes a long time appear with Dish TV
c) Packaging of channels includes the cheap quality Zee group’s channels for which we have to shell out.

3) Customer care is a joke with dish TV

I bought this stuff way back in Jan 2005 paying a hefty 7K plus, but not happy since the purchase and been waiting for the competition to start the race. I didn’t went for TATA SKY because I have some bitter experience with TATA INDICOM , West side and Voltas AC(chinese import). TATA products are a big no no to me.

Now I found BIG TV Ok and throwing my dish TV stuff to the scrap merchant.
