I fully support Pratap’s views. Dish TV aint crap just in South but its same in Delhi as well.

have been receiving an error message 301: Signals Not found on my dishtv for the last 30 days or so.

          

I had registered the complaint with customer care on 14th July 2008 with request ID 14413895 and was told that someone will attend the LNB alignment problem physically and I will have to pay an amount for the same. I had agreed to the same.

          

My problem was not attended till the evening of 17th July when I again called up the customer care to know that the previous request ID was closed as it was resolved from their end.

          

Hence a new ID was created on 17th July night  and was assured that within 24 hrs my problem would be attended. Its 19th July today and the problem has not been attended as yet.

          

When I called up the customer care today, I was told that as per the request ID in the system, the problem has been rectified.

          

How do I get my problem resolved or demand a refund of my subscription money and the refund of the cost of the hardware.
