I had taken a new connection in June, 2008. The set top box provided by DISH TV was taking around 10-15 minutes to start. A complaint
( No. 15352669) was registered on August 30, 2008 at 11:15 am and was assured by the customer care personnel that it would be rectified within 4 - 24hrs. The service personnels failed to turn up even after taking several appointments. Even the direct involvement of the Zonal Head Service – South and the Area Head Service could not solve and speed up the process yet. Its already 21 days over against the 24 hrs comitted.
These people seriously require improving etiquette, responsibility and loyalty to the company. I pity Shah Rukh Khan advertising a product of company having such a team down the line which will never be able to satisfy the “DISH KARO, WISH KARO” customers. The team members seriously require soft skill training before anything else.
Though I have not experienced the service of the other service providers, but the service of DISH TV is really
BAD.
