1. Too much hidden charges.
Ex1: Reactivation charges(25rs) if you missed to recharge before switch off. This is a prepaid service, not postpaid. So They don't have rights to put reactivation charges. Think mobile operators charges you if you don't recharge on time. Crazy guys.
Ex2: Automatically add HD packs and deduct your account balance.
2. Frequently add/changes their package value.
3. Reinstalltion of dish tv anteena took too much days.
For me took 3 days to install dish anteena but signal didn't came. Got signal after 45 days. So lost 45 days recharge amount. 450rs loss for basic package atleast. think if you took hd package.
4. Cust care:
If you call cust care, most of them don't understand english. they will ask you to tell in hindi.
5. Service guys: 3rd party:
The person who is coming to install/re-installation, charges very high for hardware required.
Ex: the wire jointer is charged 150rs. can you imagine?
6. no action after complaining
The most important part if you complin to customer care, they are not taking any action for anything. faced a lot of issue for different situation. Not sure why they are there?. Just to take call for adding any package to your account. That they will do it immediately.
7. Too much of advertising call
Getting frequent advertising calls from Dish tv. Add this package, add that package. Currently I am getting min 1 or 2 calls daily from dish tv for their add from different diffrent numbers. Already blocked more than 20 numbers to restrict their calls.
Think multiple time before selecting Dish TV
