I want to share my experience with everyone. never ever trust on customer care service, I bought dishtv 3 months back, by default there is 1 month free channels are available after that I did recharge with offer by 3 months and get 1 month free. I do upgrade my pack with BHARAT PACK+ HD PACK+ ad on pack CARTOON PACK by confirming from customer care executive that my amount is around 1176 rs and I will get the benefit of by 3 get 1 month offer. upto that everything was fine customer care executive did not tell us anything.
I pay for 4 months as including by 3+ 1 offer, but after 2 months they told us that your recharge is going to finish, We connect with customer care almost 5-6 times for such issue but every time they gives us such non sense response.
My humble request to dish tv users never ever trust on dish tv executives.
