I experienced very bad service from dish TV.
Couple of days back dish TV call me and informed special offer, in that my total hardware will change and I got new hd connection, but when the company guy came for change this he told other offer in that antenna is not included, so I spoke to distributor also, he replied company not providing antenna. and after installation the customer care guy called me so I told him transfer call to senior. the senior guy told that he raise complaint.
After that 4-5 times I spoke to seniors every time they told complaint is raised and within 24 hrs it will resolved, but no one is came, also I complained about HD box not able to record they suggest silly option like format pendrive then insert, which dosent work.
