Talking about Dish TV apart from the picture quality and sound, the customer service is really really pathetic they do not have the basic etiquettes to address the clients as they can not understand the problems correctly I guess they lack the corporate training that they should have been given at the time of joining it takes 7 to 8 times to repeat the same problem before they can understand the real concern, this is really irritating when it comes to customers as they really don't have time to explain each and everything in detailed way every now and then, it is advisable that they take up training classes for their customer service executive or conduct a survey on a broader perspective to understand the customer requirementIn brief, let me talk about the picture and
a) sound quality: The picture quality is good but at times when the weather is bad the quality gets disrupted same happens with sound there comes a lag between the picture and the sound whenever there is a bad weather
b) value for money : Coming to the value for money, it is just satisfactory but I am sure the company can do a lot better to improve it.
