I feel this review is:
Its impossible to talk to customer care persons. Too long wait. Connection too bad even from land line. They are using some shitty VOIP.
Very high rates and hidden charges.
For everything they want me to visit bank. No issues solved over email/phone/online.
Simple things like account statements are chargeable and need to be physically collected from bank.
Horrible website. No data/reports/certificates available on website.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
