DHFL is facing too much service charges for any kind of loan and they are not providing loan . I wanted a property mortgage loan but they denied for loan. They do not want to do loan they are only trying to take money . It does not provide any good service for their customer.
It is too costly loan as they called is lower interest rate as 9.35% but their charge remains very high, like late fee, panelties processing fees, laser follow charge, mortgage charge . stamp charge and many charge . Customer service is too bad of DHFL because, when ever you go to DHFL . They will extremely higher other than other fincial company A big amount has to pay as insurance to their own insurance company . There are no RBI guide line for DHFL like bank has to follow .
