I would personally not recommend you to take any loan from this.It took about 2 month AFTER loan getting sanctioned to get it disbursed!
Once you have paid their processing fees they don't even care to receive documents from you.I had to run everywhere and submit documents to their office. Mine was a balance transfer+topup loan overall 11 lac, Overall I had to pay around 30000 more as Legal, stamp paper, processing, service tax and many more!
They will keep on asking you for another document every alternate day.
I would never recommend DHFL for your home loan!
Though advantage is, it funds in gramin area which many banks dont.
