I feel this review is:
I purchased a Life insurance plan from DHFL Pramerica in Jan 2015 with strategy ID as 345648.
I have been consistently paying the premium from that point forward however all of sudden in January 2016 I got a mail that my plan is lapsed by because of non installment of premium.
I drew nearer the concerned client mind and gave the evidences of their installment, on that they answered that it is the organization shortcoming and they will resolve the issue however after numerous days and in-spite of drawing closer everybody in the customer care they are neither prepared to give any contact no of senior authority nor determining the issue.
