I had taken loan from DHFL satara branch and process was very simple for sanctioned, But once your loan is sanctioned they never care about your. they are thinking customer is fool.
Their employees don't know any single process. Every customer query they asking to their Regional head. if anyone wants to close the loan as early as possible, their employee will try to stuck every process. Unless and until you follow up for every single work their employee don't work properly. They only want the commission from customers. such a very very bad service and shameless.
