Hello friends, I would like to share my experience with this housing loan company. Recently I had token loan from this company and after one month I got so many of calls from this company to pay the EMI even that one month is not completed and they have rated highest interest rate for the loan. They behave two types polite before taking loan and rude after recovery.
Customer service - it is better but not legally cooperating with us.
Rates and charges - In this aspect it is very and also they include extra taxes, interest for us.
Satisfaction - I am totally disgusted and sold my house and I have cleared their loan.
staff attitude - they are very rude to recover the loan even they don't have minimum courtesy.
