I feel this review is:
I tried to avail a home loan from Dewan Housing in the past and my experience was horrendous. After getting all the clearances my loan amount was finally approved. But somehow they kept delaying it. Their customer service is pathetic and they kept assuring me that I will get the money but till now after six months no money was sent to me. Their staff members behaved decently and I personally never had any issurs with them. Their rates does look competitive enough and one of the main reasons I chose them. My overall satisfaction is zero with DHFL.
