The worst customer service experience I have ever faced in my life. I was struggling to get a loan from Centralized Banks few years ago. But there fore I came through DHFL advertisements and promotions on TV's, Newspapers etc etc. Every where I saw the great celebrity King Khan the Shahrukh Promoting DHFL. But sorry to say sir, these are the worst customer service executives in the world. I tried contacting the executives over chat forum, where the executive promised to call within 24 hours, but unfortunately none of them turned up. Again I tried asking them and again they promised to call back and yet again failed to call. and this goes round and round round and round for 16 months, believe me, Its been 3 years now and still I havent got a call from DHFL. You can take the chat history and confirm yourself. I am an NRI from Kuwait.
