The company is cheating to customers on behalf of home loans its been a one month they have taken 2850 amount of DD for login and 5000 rs cash for engineer inspection fees totally they had charged(7800).
Got sanctioned and all everything was ok.at the of getting loan they are saying that there is an issue in the property documents.i have already provided all the documents with sanctioned plan approval anf license.i dont know how cheap lawyers are kept in this company.your compang lawyers doesn't know that if the dociments are legal then only they provide sanctioned plan and license.
So I personally recommend for others not to take any loans from this company.
Once they recieved the processing fees they dont even care to recieve documents from you.i had to run everywhere and submit documents to their office.
