1) I asked those idiots to cancel the paper statment, as I was more than happy with the e-statment they send. This is the reply I got ... "We’ll be more than happy to help(F*%&) you, service charge for blocking paper stmt is Rs 90 per month + Service tax, Please confirm if you want us to proceed with blocking the paper stmt" 2) As far as I know there are only 2 ATMS in chennai one in Teynampet and other in Nungambakkam, and they want me to take half a days go to the ATM to reset my PIN. 3) Thier online service is very insecure, doesnt even need any SMS confirm or anything to add someone for money transfer. Our company do not let us have any other bank but for this s#*t as salary acct. I have disabled my debit card, move all the funds to my other account on first of very month for use.
