Hi,
I received this new Gold credit card from DB under corporate scheme. Untill receiving the card, everything went well. So no misrepresentation from marketing agents like other banks do.
But
after the card was received in 3 weeks my limit was reduced to 1/4th. And now in this month’s statement they have reduced the cash value of the reward points from Rs. 0.75/ pt to Rs. 0.5/ pt.
I guess they don’t appreciate the good relationships and customer credit.
Whats more:
- They don’t have sufficient ATMs
- The net banking is pethatic. I also applied for an add on card through net banking 2 months ago. I’m still waiting.
- Surprising is the statement doesn’t get updated very often on internet banking. On 20th March, 09, I was able to see transactions upto 9th March, 09 !!!!
The bank is very cunning and cheating. Just want to sell their products and then change the terms and conditions arbitrarily.
I’m going to surrender my card.
