Better to stay away from bank products, can be very costly if not properly interpreted their charges. I paid 5618 rupees against 4 Jet Airways ticket (only basic fare). Prices fall to 200-250 base fare. I requested bank to take cognizance of market rate and allow some form of benefits. Not only they fled from situation sales office was happy in booking extra 6k bucks of income. The transparency level is very low and certaintly can not be clubbed with top rated banks.
Very average bank, extremely bad customer service and more importanly laxity of officials who did not respond to queries.
Its not kind of bank where you can do transactions peacefully. You need to follow, fight at regular intervals to make sure you dont loose extra money.
I had good expectations from bank but ended up paying unneccsarily few thousands. Of course I should have studied the conditions properly.
My advise to readers would be "stay away from the Deutsche bank products". They have to improve miles!
