I was pretty satisfied with my DB cc...initially I din’t receive the image I wanted, I had to call up customer service, this is one thing you’ll hate. Be ready to spend 10-15 mins (and money) on hold before a representative takes your call. He said I have to pay a fee to change the image but since I din’t want the image they had sent, they sent a fresh card within 2-3 days FREE OF CHARGE...good first impression...Paying by check is difficult as it’s very hard to locate a SkyPak drop-box (where cheques need to be submitted)...things were fine...until one day, they suddenly reduced my credit limit from Rs.44000 to Rs.12000 without any reason!!! It’s not like I din’t use the card, I had made some Rs.17000 amount of transaction in two months! When I called them and asked them to cancel my card, they has no interest in increasing my limit and cancelled my card immediately! I could not even pay this month’s due through net as my account has been closed!Poor last impression...I’ll never go for it again...
