I applied for a DB gold credit credit
card. At the time of application i was asked to choose the statement
cycle which
i prefer. I opted my statement data by 20-25th of the
month.

On the day i received my card, i called the phone
banking to know about the statement date of my card, I was unhappy to
know that it was on 11th of every month. I don’t know why these guys
are asking for my preferred statement data and giving me their own
statement date. What happened to my preference...?

My request
to change the statement date was denied saying that it is not
possible.  It shows that our preference don’t count.

I
canceled the card on the very same day i received the call. I would
never recommend any of my friends to get a DB credit card.

If
DB cant keep up its promise & commitment then why should they are
giving it.....?
