It am going through such a nasty banking experience, it is to be read to believe.
I unluckily have an account with Deutshe Bank for
the past one year.
It was on 2nd of June I did a netbanking fund transfer of 1 lac to another bank. Ideally it should have got transferred the same day due to high value. And another 1 lac on 3rd of june. And I am sitting here on the 6th of June and the money has not reached the destination bank.
On calling the branch, they informed that they are going through some technical issue and for more information to call the call center.
On calling the call center on 5th , they said DB and RBI is having some technical issues so all tranfers are at halt and they cannot track where the fund is. They cannot revert even. And they also cannot commit any ETA.
On calling the call center on 6th they said that the technical problem is yet not rectified, this problem is there since the transfers made from 29th may, and backlog has been cleared only till 30th may.
Even today they did not commit resolution date for 2nd june transfer.
A point to be noted, they knew that there is a problem in tranfer since 29th may, still they let the transfer happen through netbanking, and instantly the money is gone from the account , but has not reached the destination bank for days.
In todays world I dont know how many people will accept this carelessness and such high resolution time in financial matters. And this technical problem(which is not elaborated) is only between RBI and DB.
Maybe they are drawing short term interest on the big chuck of money in the intermediate phase , money of all the people who wanted to do net transfer.
I am really frustated , 2 lac rs stuck somewhere for the last 5 days and there is no resolution date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
