This is context to the credit card statement Ref No 11010/0801
for my credit card Dtd 08/01/2008  
I had never applied for any Deutsche Bank Credit card
I have never undergone any verification process from Deutsche Bank
I never knew a credit card has been issued in my name until I received this statement.  
Please take a note that I have not received any credit card from Deutsche Bank till date & I have been billed for Rs 99/- As (CARD FEE) joining fees+ Service Tax Rs 13.24/- Total Rs 111.24/-
The service is really poor.
The customer care executives do not have enough knowledge
The lines are generally busy

The DSA’s of the Bank promise that the card is free for life they keep harassing every day & keep calling you saying that the card is free for life their is no joining fees.
