We only used to use normal bar soaps for hand wash until the Dettol liquid hand wash came into existence.
We preferred to buy this because its easy to install, easy to use and gives u safe feeling.
Lux can be considered alternative, but dettol is best known killing bacteria.
Anyone who wants to stay safe from diseases and bacteria, can use this. best suited for home and for all ages. Its is advised to wash ur hands with dettol before u eat anything.
