I want to bring to their notice the extremely pathetic quality of service. A laptop is delivered faulty and we are eternity to get it fixed. Dell India is pathetic in the service.


Never buy Dell laptops or you will regret that. Ideally we should have got a replacement along with anapology. But even a repair is not possible from Dell. Bunch of lazy Idiots in Dell India
