Recently Dell India has been rated as "Best Customer Service". I placed an order for the case replacement for my laptop, which is out of warranty. They are keep on delaying. The order tracking system of dell says as delivered. But no details of the technician who is going to visit.
Even if I ask in technical support, they don't know those details. After a long fight, a technician visited, but he brought a wrong part. Then I sent him back. The main problem is dell considers the out of warranty orders to the least priority.
When the laptop gets over heated because of dust on processor fan, and if you raise an issue to dell, they will inform you that processor fan is not working and you need to replace that. It will cost you around 15000 INR. They conclude the problem with out even checking the laptop by sending a technician.
