I have a very bad experience with Dell Inspiron N5010, worst laptop I have ever had. I bought it in 2010 august and just after end of warranty period I have gone through a very dramatic problem. It get power off after running only 10 minutes. And the worst thing about Dell is you have to submit a demand draft of around 2 thousand rupess to dell service centre just for finding problems which is non refundable. After that you have to pay the estimated money when they call you finding issues. They demanded around 12 thousand for solving the problm, other than initial 2 thousand rupees demand draft. And there was no guarantee after repairing whether the PC will run seamlessly or again face the same problem. Then I contacted a local technician at CHANDANI CHOCK, KOLKATA just for his advice. His answer was shocking. He told me after repairing you may face the same problem. There is no permanent solution for this.
