I bought Dell Mini Inspirion around 4 months back for my wife thru ebay.in. it cost me around Rs. 20k for 2 gb ram and 250 gb harddisk. I wanted to buy any colour other than pink and black however the ebay vendor sent me black colour as the rest were not available with him.
I am not regretting my decision to buy dell as it carries good brand value and is pretty reliable compared to many other computer brands worldwide. However the laptop that I received has some problem with right mouse click but it is not bothering us too much.
I am not even thinking of approaching dell service desk as I have not heard many good reviews about their service support in India. I had approached dell as well while I was planning to buy laptop through their ecommerce portal however the support was extremely poor and far away from professional.
I will still recommend this product merely due to its brand value.
