I have a Dell Inspiron 3510 All in one . Within few days of the product becoming out of warranty its graphics card became faulty.I paid Rs 6000 /- to dell through their online technical support on 05 Dec 2014.I have a payment receipt for same.Dell at that time had confirmed delivery and installation by 26 Dec 2014.
Since, then I have made hundreds of tele calls to dell. For every call, the answering machine kept me on hold each time for 35 to 40 mins, and then got the standard reply that my call has landed with the wrong person. I have spent approximately Rs 2000/- on STD calls to Dell customer support.Numerous emails sent by me have had no effect.
To this date, that is, 24 Jan 2015, I haven't got the graphics card and the computer is thus absolutely useless .
I doubt that I am ever going to get the graphics card .Will probably be forced to sell
the All in One I bought for Rs 50, 000/- just three years back to a scrap dealer.
Hope you guys will not waste your money like I did.
