I purchased the Dell inspiron in the year 2015. It worked well for 2 months and then starting troubling. The laptop used shutdown on its own even while working. I have a lost a lot of important files due to this. The battery of the laptop is very weak. It needs a full day charging and switches of in an hour if not fully charged. The screen fades away and then comes on its own. I
have taken it for repair but the repairer is asking to replace the battery which will cost a lot of money. I have got a defected piece for 50k.
