Hello everyone, my brother using dell inspirion 1525 laptop since from 6months he noticed many problems in the keyboard and the internal hardware problems, he gave to the service center because it is in under warranty, dell service center gave back the laptop after 1 month this is a very bad thing we had. The customer service is very poor and slow in dell compared to other companies like sony, lenovo etc,
