Its a great laptop for professional use I am personally using it . its very friendly and supportive I enjoyed a lot using this laptop it had great features like it had 14 inch wide LCD to watch movies and music, it is a medium size laptop and light weight which is easy to carry any where u want . the value of money is very economical. and is easily affordable in low prize. for me its a very satisfying laptop it satisfy all my official need for work, dell provide great support and service. but its not a good machine for gaming because the CPU and GPU is not support for that . but a great machine for office work .
