I bought this laptop 1.5 yrs ago, the hardware quality is good, though battery backup was not so well and the battery now didn't charge at all which usually happens in laptop, but it has a decent processor, I played gta 4 on it, run smoothly, the graphics are good, as the amd radeon graphics memory is of 1 gb so no problem in watching HD movies or playing graphics consuming games, no heating problem uptil now, one good thing is that the fans are on one side so easy to use, however the display unit is not so good as in others in this range, the customer support is really good, helped me alot, polite and good, one good thing is that u can upgrade both ram and hard disk memory to make it super fast. The quality of speakers is also decent. The inclusion of wifi is very awesome feature, makes it well connected, till now only battery problem, nothing else. One bad thing is that the camera provided is bad in quality, does not work well
