Request to forward the below mail to our new chairman MRs. Sharda Nayak. We parents of DPS express-way 132, UP are in problem and we donot know whom to contact. The principal of DPS Express-way, Indra Kohli is not listening anything. Please help us.
Problem: The school is totally doing business and not at all bothered about the child age. They are taking admission of children in class Nursery who are below 3 years of age. Since its a new school so they are ignoring all rules to make profits.
Secondly, the class timings for class Nursery to Class 2 is from 7.40 am to 1.30 pm. Other DPS school like R.K puram, DPS dwarka, DPS Noida have timings 9.00 am to 12.45 pm. The school does not understand that kids are small to stay in school for such long hours. I have spoken to teachers and other parents whose kids are in Pre Primary.
Their experience is not good. One parent said my son is in Prep(4.3 years old) but still he doesn't want to wake up in the morning. He hardly went to school in Nursery as it was sometimes very hard to wake him up at 6 in the morning as the bus arrives at 7 am. Since a huge amount has been paid during admission(> 1 lac) so its not easy to withdraw the name.
Ma'am why we should think of withdrawing names from school. Infact school should understand the problems. What's the need to keep the kids from 7 am to 1 pm. what they will study?They are very small and school can't pressure these kids.
I also came to know that school principal doesn't want to run separate bus service for small kids.Ma'am you want to know why -Its because it will cost her more. Why the bus should go to the same route twice. So what she has done all classes from Nursery to Class 10th will board the same bus in the route. Is this correct? why small kids should be in same bus with senior classes kids? No other school does like this. We parents are paying fees for our kids safety and comfortability. We have heard several cases where senior class kids bully small kids and since these are very small they are not able to say anything at home if something happens with them. Where is the safety? Should we wait for some tragedy to happen then only she will understand.
So We parents make humble request to listen to our problems and instruct DPS expressway to change the timings and have separate bus for Pre- Primary.
