I have had very bad experience with Damro's service. I purchased 3 almiras during Ugadi offer and told them then itself that assembly would be done afterwards as my home was not ready. One month later they refused to do assembly without charge.
This is unreasonable and beyond comprehension. I mean you assemble it after a week or after a month what difference does it make. But no one listened to me even after repeated calls to the Marathahalli store and even the customer care.
Never again Damro(and won't even let my friends to do same).
