Nice visiting site of hilly arra. Review on Dalhousie

Dalhousie is hill station in chamba distt and situated on the top of the hill in the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is 2400 mtr above sea level. This is the main center of attraction point for the tourists.

Dalhousie has its large area which is built on the five hills. This like a small town and beautiful tourist spot where 500 hotels and resorts are there for tourism purpose which provide temporary job to the many people for their living.Its population may be more then 12000. There also is a nice Air force station is set up. Local people are also getting help from them like medical treatment and some times convenience facility also.

Since it is on the hilly terrain so its temp always remain down even in summer also around 20 degree cal. I went there in June 2011 from Air force pathankot by our service vehicle to AF Dalhousie for official trip. I stayed there for 3 day that time it was raining with snow fall. Climate was very beautiful.I enjoyed there a lot.

I saw other places like Gandhi chowk, sadarBaja, khajjiar, bakrota hill, tibetian market and contonment area. People of this place are simple, innocent and well behaved. Even month of June there was a good cold and I felt very nice to stay there.  So that was my very good memorable stay.
