Very poor service "Repeatedly". Had an extra service checkup done last week since I had planned a long drive. Had complained about hard gear and at times reverse gear got stuck. Had also complained about clutch, that its making a rusty sound.
The service center took record time to fix things. They took 5 minutes to fix it(oiled it I suppose). During the long drive the gear refused to get into reverse. Made a complaint with RSA service but they said that they needed to tow the vehicle from Ooty to Coimbatore. Additionally while returning to Bangalore the lug nuts of the driver side of wheel became so hot that the wheel cover melted and dropped off!
Due to poor service delivery me and my family's life was threatened as I was traveling to a hill station.
Oh btw, they also scratched my front bumper which they said they will fix when I come into their workshop the next time.I guess with their poor quality of service I will anyway have to visit them. It's unfortunate that Honda has only 3 service centers in Bangalore, leaving no options to the customers.
