Here is the latest from Dakshin Honda, Hosur Road. I decided to buy a Honda Mobilio from Dakshin Honda. The car loan was dispatched, I paid my first part payment.as was well until today Feb 28, 2015. The Sales lady called me to come over and pay the remaining amount. I was also ready and went to the showroom to make the final payment. They sent an SMS with the amount to be paid.
Once I reached the showroom in Hosur road, she asked me to pay an extra 8000/- as bank change for previous payment I made. They have goofed up something and now wanted the customer to pay. Then they reduced to 4000/- to be paid on and above the contract. These people are so arrogant that they would rather let the customer go, for Rs 4000/-(their issue only) for a car of worth close to 13 Lacs. It was bizzare, disgusting and utter disappointment. I went to honor the contract but they did not.
I have raised a 121 complain with Honda, complain number: 1-2539852531(Honda TF: 1800113121). Let's see what Honda thinks about its customer.
I will continue to be vocal and update here if they honor the contract or not. I will not hesitate to reach out consumer court seeking justice either. This is not about 4K or 8K, it's about conducting ethical business. Please support me.
