I had been useing honda car for 2 years and it was a good expriance untill ihad a major breakdown while travelling with my family on Pune Bangalore Highway. All of us luckily survived. I had contated honda dealer dakshin honda immdeatly but had no response from them then I contacted Honda Car India service center but response was very bad, even Customer service did not help me at all. Till today, I do not know the exact root cause of the problem. No Honda Car India executive contacted me they never understood my problem. Instead, they are forwarding my complaint to dealers, who are not in position to solve my queries. This kind of response was not expected from such a reputed brand like Honda.
