One of the worst experience I have faced with service center in bangalore today.

I asked them to take my new 6 month 2017 honda city car from home for the service and they have taken and the service is done at 3 pm today(21 November) and they have sent the car to a different location than what's mine(After providing proper google map location) . Then followed up with the driver(Agency guy - Bulbul Ahmed barbhuiya - License ID: AS2420140004373)
I have also shared my location with the driver who doesnt know kannada or english either.
That driver doesnt know how to use google maps and he speaks hindi and even if I conversate in hindi. he isnt aware of the location in bangalore.
Then finally he manages to a location which is not at my place.
And he says that his mobile phone switched off due to low battery so he sent his current location.
I had to run into the location and collect my car which is at 10 pm in the night.
Pathetic day!
I dont know how safe is my car!
who is responsible if something goes wrong?
What if the agency driver has taken some parts of?
Honda - this is how you treat your customers?
Need a response! Surely will lodge a complaint.
