I bought Daikin split AC under the impression that its a number one company in air conditioning and the product of this company is top class. I finalized the Model no. FTE50NRV16 and bought it on 24/3/2013, got it installed. BUT its started giving problem from the first year itself. Initially its flap stopped working suddenly, I got it fixed from the company. In next season its became noisy and in this season its not giving proper cooling!
I APPROACHED COSTUMER CARE AND THEY SENT SOME UNSKILLED TECHNICIAN. I AM FACING ONE PROBLEM WITH THE AC ITS NOT GIVING COOLING PROPERLY. FIRST TIME ENGINEER CAME AND DIAGNOSED THAT AC NEEDS SERVICE.
SECOND TIME ENGINEER COMES AND SAYS IT GIVING SOME ERROR CODE,
THIRD TIME ENGINEER COMES AND DIAGNOSED THAT CAPACITOR IS WEAK AND VOLTAGE IS THE PROBLEM,
EVERY ENGINEER HAS DIFFERENT DIAGNOSIS FOR ONE PROBLEM!
EVERY TIME THEY ARE ASKING FOR MONEY ! I ALREADY PAID 1350 RUPEES TILL NOW BUT MY PROBLEM IS AS IT IS !
HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ONE PROBLEM ?
This is not good.
