Friends, I had bought daikin inverter ac ftkd 50 in jan 2014. It was my first ac so I decided to by super cool ac for life time relax. And also everything was going cool we were satisfied and happy with the cooling effect less noise and all other features of ac. But one day in jan 15 something went wrong in ac. I run to dealer and requested for repairing the ac. He advise me to call customer care number then I call customer care and requested for repairing. because of one year warranty and five year for compressor. Some parikh enterprise from Ahmedabad called me and ridiculously asked to deposit 10000 /- in our bank account then engineers will come. I felt it was risky so asked them to come first and give me total estimate and make it on I will pay all the money. I But They have not come and I repeatedly called them for one year but they never support and repair the ac friends till date the ac has with me I have tried with local engineers for repairing but they opened and argued only company engineers can repair this ac, because it's an inverter ac. I complain so many time with grahak surksha hence after some days daikin representative call me and asked what happened I told them all story they promised to help and do somthing but never helped or send any body for service.
Friends I waste my 45000/- as well mentally harassment, time for the third class company name DAIKIN.
I Force every body to not buy DAIKIN AC and waste their hard earned mony.
